VoiceLoop ("we", "us", or "our") provides a voice messaging service that lets you embed voice notes inside emails. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use voiceloop.org and related apps.

We collect account details you provide (name, email, billing info via our payment partners), voice recordings and transcripts you create, usage data (features used, device/browser type), and cookies or similar technologies for authentication and analytics.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, process payments, send product updates and support replies, generate AI transcriptions of your messages, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Voice recordings & transcripts

Voice messages and transcripts are stored so recipients can play and read them. You control what you send. We do not sell your recordings. You may delete messages from your account; copies already delivered to recipients may remain in their inboxes.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data with processors who help us run VoiceLoop — hosting, payment, email delivery, analytics, and transcription providers — under contracts that limit their use of your data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and security, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data retention

We keep account and message data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
