1. Agreement

By accessing or using VoiceLoop, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using VoiceLoop on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

VoiceLoop lets you record and embed voice messages in emails, share links, download MP3s, and use related features such as transcription and reply-enabled messages. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use VoiceLoop to send spam, phishing, harassment, illegal content, or malware; to infringe others' rights; or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of voice recordings and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service (including transcription and delivery to recipients).

6. Payments & refunds

Lifetime and other paid plans are billed as described at checkout (including AppSumo deals). Unless a specific guarantee applies (such as our 60-day money-back offer), fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

VoiceLoop, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our IP except as needed to use the service.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to VoiceLoop is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes & contact
